The survey is based on the National E-Government Study 2025 in collaboration with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO, DemoScope and Interface. The report shows that although the opportunities offered by AI are recognised, action is needed to deal with AI. At the same time, the use of AI in public administration is still in its infancy. There is a need for guidelines for the administration.
