Undertakings on terms and conditions
With effect from 1 January 2022, Digital Public Services Switzerland (DPSS) will take over all operating activities of the Swiss Conference on Informatics (SIK/CSI) that are needed to manage existing framework agreements and undertakings on terms and conditions. When drawing up undertakings on terms and conditions, the DPSS Office will perform the preparatory work up to signature of the contract by the SIK/CSI.
Undertaking on terms and conditions for members
Digital Public Services Switzerland regulates the services of various providers by means of undertakings on terms and conditions. This facilitates handling and creates favourable conditions.
The SIK/CSI has already concluded various undertakings on terms and conditions. For example, the terms and conditions for "Natel go" mobile subscriptions were negotiated with Swisscom for the cantons and larger cities. Using the undertakings on terms and conditions as a basis, public sector bodies can conclude contracts and migrate their mobile subscriptions to new platforms. This allows them to take advantage of attractive price plans.
Undertakings on terms and conditions exist with a number of major ICT providers, including Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Adobe Systems, Swisscom, Salt, Sunrise and SAP. The undertakings on terms and conditions are available only to members and only online.
